Be sure to DOCUMENT everything with pictures and in writing where possible. Starcraft will try to say it's YOUR fault and any "repairs" you attempt will give them ammo. A mobile tech is a good idea as they will be able to document what was done and/or give an opinion on why it failed. Make sure they give you everything in writing..Burn up your phone taking pictures.....Dennis
