use the new trip

I have been trying to use the new trip and says not active for my account try in 24hrs,well I have been doing this for days, Ise you have helped ohers maybe you can help me.
I just loged off and back on and the same thing.

    Thank you for contacting us and I'm sorry you have been having trouble. We believe you have an old cookie cached in your browser history that is preventing you from using the new one/not granting you access. This is most likely the cause with most users experiencing this issue with the new trip planner at first.

    You would need to go to your browser settings and clear your cookies from their internet history. Then try logging back into the Good Sam and accessing the trip planner page and see if that works. If this doesn't, please let us know.   • Are you certain the email you used to log into the GS website is the same as they have on record for your membership? They must agree in order for you to use the trip planner.
