We believe you have an old cookie cached in your browser history that is preventing you from using the new one/not granting you access. This is most likely the cause with most users experiencing this issue with the new trip planner at first.
You would need to go to your browser settings and clear your cookies from their internet history. Then try logging back into the Good Sam and accessing the trip planner page and see if that works.
