Used GSRA twice on same trip, different results

Heading from PA to VT last Saturday we encountered a blown rear tire not far from home, 11am. GSRA was timely and got us on our way within several hours. Very Happy :) Coming home from VT to PA ...

Whether GS, Coach Net, AAA....it all depends upon the person on the other end of the line. Some are good, some not so good.
