Used GSRA twice on same trip, different results

Being an ole man, over the years the word service doesn't mean much. It just seems like the younger generation don't care much if they help you or not. It's not only road side assistance but even in the stores, same way.
I remember back when you drove in to a Service station, they sold gas, checked the oil, water, and cleaned the windshield. Even air in your tires if you asked.
