Very Disappointed... again and again

I have been a member for some time. I am currently in, and have had these problems before, the middle of trying to get a tow from yesterday. Without going into all the details, just please change your provider in Corpus Christi Texas. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Thinking of switching to AAA.

  • I have used Roadside Assistance twice. I am extremely Pleased with their Service. It has paid for itself twice over. I will definitely renew.

    Same for me. I've made three calls in 20 years which required two tows. Never had an issue.

  • Ive had to use GS Roadside 3 times in the last two years. Ive PMd them and a resolution is pending. The Good Sam side is fine... its the towing companies that are really bad service. Waiting 3 hours for a no-show only to have to abandon the vehicle has happened twice. Ive heard the "we are en-route" line 25 times in 24 hours only to find out the next excuse why my vehicle has not moved. And because they couldn't pick up my vehicle yesterday when I called, the shops are all closed now, messing up my work for Monday. I really just want Good Sam to get new providers in Corpus Christi. That would fix my whole issue.
  • About a 99% chance that AAA would have dispatched the exact same towing company, especially as your vehicle that needs towing grows. There are many more vendors equipped to handle a Ford Focus than a Prevost. Most towing companies have contracts with multiple roadside assistance programs, and many of those programs use the same dispatching company.

    I have to agree, especially since waiting more than a day with an issue. I wonder how many times he has had bad ERS Service? Again and again in the title means more than once.
