Warranty Help

Had wheel 3 wheel studs snap off Thor 2014 Windsport Class A, bought last November from Camping World. Had to have 2 rims replaced, studs, nuts etc. Have a Good Sam extended Tire and Wheel warranty that says faulty materials and workmanship is standard coverage. Safeguard insurance told me only road hazards covered. In my contract that is part 2 in addition to Standard coverage. Now they want me to call my local Camping World to escalate. They did not return calls. This is about $1500 in repair and labor. What's the recourse? TIA
