Never Again UPDATE!!!
We were contacted by Zach who reviewed our complaint as well as listening to the phone called of when we contacted Good Sam RSA. He acknowledged that we were not given good assistance and that the employees involved needed further training and instruction. He acknowledged that most likely we would have been eligible for a tow had the customer service reps handled the matter better. He recommended things that I could have done that may have 'cued' them into better service. He has offered us reimbursement for our troubles & costs of handling the collision ourselves and asked that we stay members to give them another chance.
I can not ask for a better company response than that and accepted the offer. If more companies handled their complains this way the everyone would benefit. Thanks Zach
