We also are "Never Again"

On August 20th we had need of assistance after contact with a concrete pole torn our right wheel well fender off, broke the right side window stanchion and caused half of our front windshield to come out of the seal. After contacting Roadside assistance, was told by the rep that we didn't sound like we were disabled.

When I asked for a supervisor, she hung up on me. Not a happy camper.

Looking at AAA and coach.com for new service. Anyone have any other recommendations?
  • I have had three different roadside assistance providers over the years and have never had one that would tow due to a disablement caused by an accident. They would only provide a tow if the disablement was caused by a mechanical issue. I have had to pay twice for tows that were due to an accident. My vehicle insurance reimbursed me for the tow.
