Heading back home today after a quick visit to california we lost a tire on I-82 about 20 miles east of Kennewick Wa. We called at 1pm and at 4pm I put on my spare. No one ever showed up. We were never contacted by the tow company. I am 75 but in pretty good condition, thank goodness, otherwise we would still be on the side of the road.I could have and should have changed my own tire but figured for what we pay for our tow service, heck, may as well use it. But as that stretch of highway is relatively busy we didn't feel totally safe without some type of safety vehicle. And with the tire shop, we went to Les Schwab, closing at what we thought was five we needed to get on the road. Speaking to the person at Schwabs they mentioned this is a common occurrence. I would think offering a refund for this years service would be in order. Basically paying for the service is like having insurance. You pay for it whether you use it or not. But you pay for just in case you need it. He needed it and the service was not provided. Give him his money back.

I am a member and thankfully never had to use it and hope I do not. Seems the administrator spends an awful lot of time apologizing and looking into the complaints but nothing seems to correct it. Tell Marcus too many people are not happy. If you are not happy Marcus is not happy (so he says).

Isn't that the truth. Poor Ella---our dog is named Ella and she probably would do as much good! Bottom line is they changed who handled their road service and it has been down here from there.

We have had GS Roadside Platinum+ for 4+ years. Used it once for a rear dually blowout, we had a mounted spare. 45 min. from my call to being back on the road. And we received several follow-up calls from dispatch asking how things were going.
We are well satisfied, for now. Hope to never need the service again.

Same **** over and over again. We'll give you 6 more months of **** service for free for us F^#*ing up again.

Time to replace the leadership team as the current leadership does NOTHING.

As a customer, you have to decide if you are willing to give them a second chance at no cost, or cut yoyr losses.
