Great Service today

Ready to pull out, checking tires on mh. I could not get a reading with 3 different gauges on passenger side inner dually. Finally called GSERS. The company they contacted brought a new tire just in case. I was on hold maybe 5 minutes to start with, young lady called me twice and start to finish was 2 hours at the most. My tire actually had a chunk out of it, could not readily be seen until first tire was pulled off. Road hazard of some type. Kudos to Good Sam and the provider they sent.

  • After reading all the negative comments about GS, I was hesitant to call them.
    But, having had the ERS for eons of years, and I did have a major problem (to me)
    I decided to call them. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality of service not only from GS, but from Geiger Tire out of Zephyrhills, who came out.
  • I talked with a customer service representative of GSERS yesterday and she repeated twice that they were going through a major overhaul of the service.
