Website issues - or is it just me?

The past few days I have been unable to log on despite repeated attempts. I keep getting "unexpected error". It's not my Username and PW as I have them stored. I have to close the browser several times until finally it lets me log in. I have the same problem with Edge or Chrome. Been getting worse the past few days. 

Also, the "start a new topic" link is gone from the main page. You have to go into a topic and then it shows up there. 

I also noticed the notifications aren't working. It says I have notifications but when I click on the bell icon, the page shows nothing. It used to show all historical notifications.
