Thanks for the update and glad to hear the problem was solved.

:) UPDATE.....I received a response. They checked into our account and yes, there's been a clerical error. The proper card is on its way to us. :) :) I have NO complaints about this.....I was a clerk one time, mistakes happen. AND, I was pleased with the timely response!!!!

YUP!

That has been my one angst about GS. I had GS extended warranty and GS Emergency Road Side Assistance which I PAY big bucks yearly for and NO neither one of those allow you to have CG discounts OR allow you to enter their precious website.

You have to pay EXTRA to join the GS 'club' for CG discount and to view their website. :R

For the others....we believe there was a buy one, get the other cheaper...but danged if I can remember!

We still have not received a private message with your membership information. Once I get this, I can check to see what memberships you do have. The other posters are right, they are separate memberships, and fees. We have the Good Sam Travel Assist, Good Sam Club, and the Good Sam Roadside Assistance. This answers your question. They are separate purchases. Check your receipt to see if you purchased both.

If you bought it while at camping world it may not show up as a Good Sam payment it could be on your camping world receipt.
