what good is the plan if you can't get an appointment?

The last time I needed major work done on my 5er, a service rep from the company (not Camping World) came out to the campground, documented the needed repairs and coordinated with the insurance company. When all the required parts were at the repair facility, I dropped the 5er for a week. Not everybody works that way??
