what good is the plan if you can't get an appointment?

Thank you to everyone for their posts. I suppose what I should have added is that repairs on our new 5er were pretty extensive right from the get go......lots of problems. Suppose we feel pretty jaded about things. I know summer is a busy time but summer is when we usually travel,which means its also the time we discover what's wrong. I will contact esp dept and see where we go from here. Thanks again.
