I am very happy OP got her problem resolved and very happy it was done with very little "public" exposure. The "negatives" that post on here take a subject that is resolved and carry it on for pages of posts with nothing but anti CW info.
I agree that it was good it got resolved quickly for the OP but the CW/GS haters love to come and bash them so it would be nice to get a good resolution out there from time to time to shut up some of the yapping dogs.
