That's scary. This is one of my concerns. Towing SHOULD include getting out of the mud (or snow). I'll see if we get an official answer.
This happened 5 years ago & they were parked on Church property. I felt bad as I am a Lifetime member & encouraged them to purchase GSERS when they bought their MH.
