broke down

Jacks will not go down and bedroom silde went out 6" and stopped. now it will not retract no sound of motor. Passager side slide how con I get ti back in so I can move? If I can manualy retract it OK but how . Nothing out side to turn no place in bedroom unless I can get under bed. Stuck in Sikeston MO going to Fl. 2003 Mandalay need help.


Found trouble pump shot remove hy line retract side and pushed slide shut.

    Sounds like a fuse. Check all of the fuses and circuit breakers to make sure that the motor is getting power. Did you check your owner's manual on how to manually retract the slides?

    Find the drive motor, Ther should be a plact to attach a wrench, At least that is what I have. I have never tried it but am gussing it will take some time to do.

    Check the water level in your batteries. They may be low and not able to produce the power to make those things work.

    Concerning the slide: If 12+ VDC to the slide motor (first thing to verify) check for any "default" items that must be done before the motor will engage.

    We really need more information on the jacks to do you any good. What brand and model? Does the panel light, hydraulic or electric and so on.

    slide out only 6 inches? and jacks are up? just drive it to where it can be repaired 6 inches is nothing

    Just a dumb question here..did you accidently hit the air brake button..:h..they, slides and jacks, lock out if the air brake is not deployed....Dennis

    If you cannot solve the power problem, you will need to take the mattress off the bed, and remove the top of the bed platform to access the motor and drive mechanism. As others have said, check your 12V power path to the slide for continuity. It could even be a bad connector.

    The Slides are HYDRAULIC !, check that the motor has a good ground,there
    should be an inline fuse holder,check if it is burned or corroded?
