Good luck with getting ANY help from the mis-named Good Sam. I was left stranded by a busy road junction and had to rely on a "good Samaritan" to help me. Good Sam just don't want to know and ignore all my emails. Oh, and don't believe their brochure, Marcus doesn't mean what he says when he says he wants to hear from you!!
