Simple, 911, State Patrol and ask who they use for towing.

You do like you did this time. After paying someone for roadside help that they don't provide you find and pay for it yourself and hope you get your money back.

The reason you pay for GSRA is for the pretty shiny card with you name on it that they give you. It's great for scraping ice off of your windshield in the winter.

2 months before you complain? GSRA will reimburse if you file the claim.

Call GS emergency roadside assistance which is different from just the Good Sam club and ask them where to send the bill.

Was your service claim denied?

If it was GS ERS, I think they have an online Claim Form, not sure if it is a real online form, or a print it out and mail it in, or scan and email form. I have to ask, if this happened at the beginning of August, what happened between then and now?

Was it GS ERS?
