What service does GS use?

I had a breakdown recently and needed a tow for my Goldwing Trike which was pulling a Leesure-Lite trailer. On a Sunday afternoon in Waynesville, NC. GS Roadside Assistance got me a rollback tow truck that took both the trike and trailer to Hendersonville where there is a Honda shop open on Sunday. I was very pleased with the tow truck operator and the service I received from GS.

The Slowest cheapest available. That's been my experience.

They contract repair/tow services. When you break down they call the closest tow truck service that they have a contract with. I.E. a tow service that agrees to do the work for free for you and bills Good Sam.

Cheapest suppliers they can find just like everyone else.
