So I checked and my Good Sam Roadside Assistance is up-to-date. But I'm getting emails from the Good Sam Club asking me to come back. What's the difference between the Good Sam Club and the Road...

Roadside assistance is just that, roadside assistance. Good Sam Club lets you pay a membership fee to get discounts on CW merchandise and services.
