Good Sam Care Team - DiskDoctrExplorerThis was a big problem a few years ago. Pay and signup, but weeks before you would get a membership number or information.
That's why I *was* a GS member for a little while and cancelled it. What an experience :R
Sounds like they are doing better now? I'd be glad to see it. All that work and infrastructure can be derailed by something that can be 95% automated.
