Which Good Sam ESP is real!
Purchased the coach only from Camping World Hamburg NY on Sept 10, 2016 on a 2006 Concord. Bought it mainly because of a factory installed HWH auto leveling system.When purchased I was told that it covered complete assemblies. After reading the agreement seems to be a repair by replacing parts. This means take it in and let the BS begin. Anything can be repaired eventually. The agreement states no time allowances. So for a bad fridge I could be jerked around for months getting it repaired. Am I correct or am I missing something? It just took me four 2 hour trips, many hours of my time and several gallons of fuel to have a problem resolved. It would have been an hour job and 450.00 to do it myself. Three times wrong incorrectly dianosted parts my expense. What is the max time to allow for a repair before replacing the unit? Worthless otherwise
