Why hasn't the permanate card came?
Hello all. We became members last year in June and have renewed early.I still haven't received a permanate card.All I have is a very tattered temp card.Thanks for any answers.Dave

I still don't understand why it always takes GOOD SAM "3 to 4 weeks" to get anything done. Is HE working alone???
