Thank you Badlands for your post. I am not sure why the thread was closed, but can tell you we are still working on the issue with our app developer and the IT team at NADA. I understand your frustration, as has taken much longer than expected to correct this issue. Sometimes the simple fixes are anything but. Rest assured we are attempting to get this corrected so the app is easy to use for registration of your vehicles.
