I will be using the service after Memorial day - the 120 side of the hot water heater is shot, and the mic side of the convection/ microwave is also gone! I paid in full and now will see if they (esp) keeps the faith. I will be back to post about the ESP service.

A new WH electric element costs about $15 and takes only a few minutes to change. Will that even cover the deductible?

Well I has an Apollo Micro convection replaced in my 5th wheel when I had it. The unit was slmost 900 and they paid every penny except my deductible

Only company that made one in 24". It was $899 bucks and yes I was shocked too.
