You continue to see incidents posted on here where the call center personnel just "don't care" to service the customers. Then, you'll normally see a response from the "response team" wanting contact information to correct the issue. Be nice if they would just correct the issue with training, follow up and accountability of their personnel. Sad to see, but you see it just about every day. Been a Good Sam member since mid-80's, but might be time to let it go.
