What scares many Canadians about rv'ing in the states is the anal obsession with carrying guns..and carrying them in their rvs...I gather some some American Rv'ers won't come to Canada because they cannot bring their gun.???.you know, it is a God given right to pack heat.. has rv'ing in the states because so dangerous that you need one ? Maybe just a 50 cal mounted atop you rig ?
Talked to a class a owned by an American in New Brunswick this summer..he had thought that he had removed all his guns before he crossed but found another while digging for something ..didn't know how he was going to get it back through the boarder because he would have to lie...how many do you need ???
I am a marksman but keeping a loaded gun in an RV is insane.. and I see it all over the various RV boards..so can traveling in Mexico where everybody doesn't carry a gun be any worse ?
I know there are others that think like this..hence the no gun allowed rv sites...
