Howdy!We had Good Sams ERS for years. On a trips to Alaska we had a breakdown in the Yukon. No phone serivce in fact a RMCP mounty showed up and had us towed using his radio. When I arrived in Bever Creek Yukon I used the tow service phone to contact GS ERS. They refused to pay for the tow stating I had not contacted them and received authorization even though I had been towed by Law Enorcment. Cost me a $2,000.00 towing bill."Happy Trails"Chiefneon

That's what worries me. It's up to 3 hours drive between town's up here in Yukon & Alaska with no cell phone coverage in between. So a break down becomes a drama and hours to get help.

What does Sams expect you to do when in a remote area without cell coverage to call? Reject the tow?
