Very interesting picture. Looks like this is mounted to the forward port of the hydraulic cylinder??? My 04 Dynasty does not have this so there is a lot more to your system than mine. Call Monaco with your Vin... they are very good at helping and this may be a "locking valve" and worth cleaning as it's fairly easy to get out but you will loose some fluid. By removing the large fitting at the bottom you should be able to get to the valve that's inside. I take it back about there not being a lock. Where do the top two lines go to?
