Very interesting picture. Looks like this is mounted to the forward port of the hydraulic cylinder??? My 04 Dynasty does not have this so there is a lot more to your system than mine. Call Monaco with your Vin... they are very good at helping and this may be a "locking valve" and worth cleaning as it's fairly easy to get out but you will loose some fluid. By removing the large fitting at the bottom you should be able to get to the valve that's inside. I take it back about there not being a lock. Where do the top two lines go to?
Ivylog, the top hose (out of the tee) goes to the rear of the hydraulic cylinder/ram (to extend the tray). The one right below it (also on the tee) goes to one side of the hydraulic pump. The lower one goes to the other side of the hydraulic pump. The lock valve assembly screws directly to the front of the hydraulic cylinder assembly/ram to retract the tray.
I received an email from another Monaco specific web site (Yahoo) that also said to clean the lock valve. I have taken it out, disassembled it, cleaned it, reassembled it and I'll reinstall it tomorrow AND hope for the best. I'll let everyone know if that fixed it.
