I have a 22' class c that is currently winterized. My question is can I leave cold Utah in January with water in fresh water tank with hot water tank bypassed,(running cab heat) and drive to warm Ariz...

Forgot to mention, water tank is under dinette directly behind drivers seat. Will be full of propane when I leave, as well as maybe an extra 5gal tank of propane and an electric heater. About a 6 or 7 hour drive to warmer weather. Thanks all for help.
