I have a 22' class c that is currently winterized. My question is can I leave cold Utah in January with water in fresh water tank with hot water tank bypassed,(running cab heat) and drive to warm Ariz...

Open your drain valves and blow any water out using compressed air. Hook an air hose into your water poont that opens to the outside. About 15 PSI will blow the water out slick as a whistle.
