Sounds like the EMS is shedding the large loads which could be normal.
Have you been out to see what happens when pugged into 50, and then30 amp shore powers?
Some discussion about resetting unit by removing 12 volt control fuse to EMS unit.
I could not locate manual, very little information on line from Intellitec.
