120 volts available at non-controlled appliances and receptacles. Controlled appliances
do not operate.
A. Check 120 volt circuit breakers in the distribution panel.
1. Reset circuit breakers if necessary.
2. Check for presence of voltage at branch circuit breakers with voltmeter.
