06 Winnegago, protective film on vehicle when purcnased.

We purchased a 2006 Itaska new, and it had the protective film
on the front of the bus to help protect from bugs & etc.
The film is now cracking and looks like a screen, we cannot find
any information about removing this material. Have talked to detailers, and seems this can get real expensive. Please help.
