07' V10 , 15,000 miles . Too soon to lose a Coilpack ?

Just got back from from 1600 miles round trip, stopped for the last gas and at the bottom of the offramp, it's got a miss in it on Idle in gear and on acceleration from the light.. I didn't feel any...

Do you have a check engine light on? When I've had coil packs go bad I've gotten a flashing CEL on acceleration, and reading the code confirmed a misfire in the affected cylinder. I'm not sure why you think you have a bad coil pack. You mentioned you had just gotten gas and it started running poorly right after. Just a wild guess, but I would rule out problems related to bad fuel before replacing any parts.
