200,000 Mile Milestone

Well the old 6.7 PSD hit the 200k mile mark the other day and I thought I would summarize the 8 years of ownership:

Recalls:
Emissions recall that required a new flash.

Repairs: (all occurred after 120k miles)
Replaced 4 EGT sensors and 1 Nox sensor. Two different trips to the dealer.
Replaced Evaporator coil and compressor

Wear Items:
3 brake jobs
2 serpentine belts
4 sets of tires
2 sets of factory Rancho Shocks
Numerous rear tail light bulbs
2 sets of Motorcraft batteries

Usage:
This truck is my daily driver. It literally get's driven every day to work and back, grocery getter, pulls the boat, camper and tractor/shredder. Short trips and long trips this truck seen it all. It has never left us stranded and is the preferred vehicle to hop in and go versus my wife's vehicle. The exterior is in great shape and the interior doesn't have any rattles. Fuel economy is essentially the same as it was new so that tells me the emissions system and the injectors are still healthy. Engine, transmission, front and rear axles, power steering system are bone dry. All in all this Super Duty has been a great truck to my family and look forward to many more miles to come.
