10 people in an Rv

St George Utah , Rv crashed , police report a total of 10 people in the Rv. Sorry to hear about the driver and front seat passenger not surviving . Police state it may have been a front tire problem.

Check your tires, your weight, your seatbelt count. 10 people is too many, too much weight , not enough seat belts .

10 people at an average of 200 lbs each (which would probably be way over the average) is only 2000 lbs. A diesel pusher has a load carrying capacity of more than that!!!!!
  • We really don't know what happened. Having ten people in the coach does not by itself mean the coach was overloaded, and even if it was--I doubt that was the cause of the mishap. Also, buses don't have seat belts either. Underinflated tires could be the cause, as could the driver falling asleep. Would be nice if we could get "the rest of the story"!
