12 VOLT BATTERIES
Can I HOOK 3 12 VOLT BATTERIES IN Parallel OR DO I need them in sets 2-4-6 There I only have room for 3 -12 volt. I do not want to use 6 volt batteries when I already have the 12 volt ones

Yes, there is no trouble with three in parallel.
