Sounds like switch noise. Couple things to look at.
1. Maybe bad ground connection or other loose wire to AC's or thermostats.
2. May be a bad connection to your batteries. I would pull the connections off and clean them. Also at points where neg ties to the frame and where the pos side goes into your inverter.
3. Look for bad/loose connection on the converter/fuse panel of RV.
4. Replace or clean switch contacts (doubtful but probable).
5. Replace thermostats with ones that are less sensitive to noise.
