Try cycling the DC breakers just to be sure. Sometime they could trip but not pop out enough to appear tripped. Are the fans that no longer work the ceiling vent fans or the small fans near the windshield. Does the air conditioner work (needs 12VDC for the thermostat)? I'm thinking chassis supply 12VDC distrubution rather than house but the furnance is normally powered from the house DC power not chassis. Will the problem items work when the AUX Start switch is closed?
