$1295 for an inspection that would look for water intrusion. Am i wrong to think this should be cheaper? I paid less to inspect a 6br home...
Way too much money unless they are doing some maintenance. I paid a mobile guy $250 to do a pre-buy on my class A. He was very thorough and I was very pleased. I interviewed 4 techs before hiring one, and the one I hired happened to be the least expensive. It was very clear though that he was the ace.
