I think this could be a reasonable price if the level of inspection was high. I doubt they would be doing the things I have in mind - disconnecting and independently testing batteries, compression testing engine cylinders, removing tires from wheels to inspect for hidden damage, checking accuracy of dash gauges, using borescope to inspect likely water intrusion points, disconnecting shocks from one mount to test compression resistance, reviewing existing maintenance records to find gaps or false claims, etc.
