It's built on a GMC VanDura 35 chassis. I've already noticed some water damage. Mostly in the rear near the shower. I plan to gut that and replace everything. Gonna chaulk and seal the roof before I start to rebuild anything though. It is fairly small, but will sleep six which is more than enough for the two of us and our two kid. I was lucky enough to have several mechanics where I work and they went through the engine and transmission very well. They said everything on that seems sound and I shouldn't have any real trouble there. Literally everything in it works! Like you said though I just have to look out for water damage and get that taken care of.
