I wouldn't use Flex Seal. I think a forum member tried it. Eventually it dried out and peeled.
If you coat the roof, use something made for a rubber RV roof.
There are several to chose from.
That is, of course, assuming it has a rubber roof.
If it has an aluminum roof, use something intended for sealing an aluminum roof. :)
