You have water damage... a lot depends on whether you can live with that, find the leaks before all this sunshine goes away, and really do a seal on your roof and windows.
If you do a reseal first, and then when it rains it feels all damp when you run your hand around the walls, under the windows, and near the roof edges or seals, then you are in trouble.
Also check your tires and figure out how old they are. The last four digits after the letters DOT xxxxxxx xxxx are the week and the year the tires were made. 0101 would mean they were made the first week of year 2001. 1595 would mean the fifteenth week of year 1995.
Your best bet would be to seal it up, and enjoy what you have as often as you can. Water damage isn't good, but unless it is really structural, if you can prevent any more by sealing, then enjoy your $1200 camper without spending money and time on it.
