1979 Dodge Cobra remodel....Welcome to help suggestions

I just purchased my first motorhome.... 1979 Dodge Cobra 360ci 4 barrel. Its about 17ft long.

There's lots of leaks up top so I'm taking all the panels out. I haven't checked the AC unit yet, just bought a generator to check it.

My questions......
Can I put a regular mini fridge in it? (no propane) cost too much

What's the best to coat and seal the roof?

I can't find info on the chassis it says f30 or MB300. This doesn't come up when I search for parts. Is it a 3/4 or 1 tone?

    Yes, a regular Home Depot type mini frig will work just fine. I have had mine for 3+ years. After being plugged in overnight the food stays cold, the water bottles I put in the freezer stay mostly frozen while I drive for the 5-6 hours I am on the road. These new frigs are well insulated.

    Welcome to the forum.

    For roof repairs use Eternabond and Dicor Self Leveling Caulk. They're both great products. Use the self leveling caulk on horizontal surfaces.

    For coating the roof there are several products. Bus Kote , Kool Seal or any similar product can be used. Just make sure it's okay for rubber roofs if that's what you have on your Cobra.

    Don't hesitate to ask questions. There is a lot of info and experience available on the forum.
