1987, 28 Ft. Class'A' Chevy 454 rear tire separation??
My son is rebuilding a 1987 Dolphin & needs to replace the tires. What tire size & between tire spacing is needed on the rear Duel tires? :?

I had a 87 p30 same as yours and yes they did indeed have 16 in wheels.
The tire spacing is 2 inches,you may have to go up one tire letter to get a taller and narrower tire than the specs say because Chevy put 2 different types of offset wheels during those years depending if the chassis was going to a RV or a light duty truck
This happened to me and that is how we remindied the problem of the tires being too close.
