1988 B class Okanagaon Econoline 250 appliances

I just came across a 1988 Okanagan B class Econoline 250. Is there anywhere where a person can get operator manuals for the RV. I'm having problems with the Hot Water heater and the fridge. The sticker on the heater is present but faded and I cannot determine the brand or model number of the unit although I know it is 6 gallons (propane only) with DSI. The fridge does have a pulse as the freezer was cold and after a couple of hours the fridge started to cool. Couple of hours later,,nothing. the van was not close to being level and I was wondering if this makes a huge difference in the operation of the fridge. Again it would be nice to have literature of all the aplliances. It seems to be the same Rv as the 1989 190B made by airstream who used the Okanagan platform.
